Custom Carnivore was launched in 2021 by Tim Dakil, a native Texan that has loved wood-fire cooking for as long as he can remember. Taught and inspired to cook by his Lebanese mother and grandmother, Tim has turned this hobby and passion for food into perfection on a grill and smoker. For years, he has been feeding anyone he can—family, friends, neighbors, and strangers. Now he wants to bring his hand-crafted, customizable foods to you. Using quality meats and simple ingredients, he offers delicious small-batch bacon, briskets, pork chops, and ribs.
